St. Pius Festival 2017 Updates

Booth Chairpersons:

Thank you for your time and willingness to serve our parish community! You are such a blessing to us, and without you, we would not be able to put on the festival year after year. Your contacts are Jeanette Tomatis at for food booths and Mike Sweeney at for non-food booths.

Chairpersons are expected to join us for the following meetings in Homer Crouse Hall...

  • Monday, April 10 - 7:00 PM (for ALL food booth chairpersons)
  • Wednesday, April 26 - 7:00 PM (for ALL non-food booth chairpersons)
  • Wednesday, May 24 - 7:00 PM (for ALL booth chairpersons)

Festival Sponsors:

Please consider supporting us by becoming a festival booth sponsor. Your tax-deductible donation of $175 will

  • Help pay for the expense of one booth rental
  • Enable us to display your name or business on a booth

This year we are introducing gold sponsorships! For a tax-deductible donation of $500, your name or business will be printed on a large 3 ft x 5 ft banner to be displayed in a prominent place at the festival, such as the performance stage.
