There are three ways to receive Confirmation as an
adult at St. Pius.
-
If you have been away from the church for a while and have
questions about your faith, the best option is the RCIA process
which meets after the 9:30mass from October through May. Confirmation
is conferred by Fr. Jim and received at St. Pius during the
Easter Vigil. You can get information and download a registration
form HERE. You can get
more information from Laura Martin-Spencer
at (650) 365-0140 or Laura@pius.org.
-
If you have been an active Catholic over the past few years,
you can participate in the diocesan confirmation program. It
involves an interview with our parish representative (Laura Martin-Spencer ) and 8-10 hours of instruction in San Francisco. Confirmation
is received in November or at Pentecost at the Cathedral in
San Francisco. If can find more information on this program
by clicking HERE.
You can get more information from Laura Martin-Spencer at (650) 365-0140
or Laura@pius.org.

A second option for active Catholics who have not been confirmed
is a program we offer during Lent every other year. It involves
8-10 hours of instruction in the parish, and an interview with
Fr. Jim. Confirmation is conferred by the bishop or archbishop
at St. Pius on the same day the teenagers are confirmed. You
can get more information from Laura Martin-Spencer at (650) 365-0140
or Laura@pius.org.
